In-App Purchases

The mobile app offers payment options through "in-app purchases." All payments will be processed through the application via Google Play or App Store, from which you originally downloaded the application. You may access the applicable "in-app purchase" rules and policies directly from the respective store. You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Google Play/App Store provider from whose platform you downloaded the app and are governed by the Play/App Store provider's terms and conditions.

In case you have any payment-related issues, then you may approach the Play/App Store Provider directly. Moreover, the data saved regarding payment and transactions is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Play/App Store. Therefore, even after your account deletion, we may not ensure the deletion of all payment transaction-related data; you may refer to the respective app policy for the same.

Processor Disclosure

This certification covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website OCCUSEARCH and through OCCUSEARCH Services/mobile application. The use of information collected through OCCUSEARCH Services/ shall be limited to the purpose of providing the OCCUSEARCH Services/ to you.

OCCUSEARCH/ acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information. OCCUSEARCH has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are an individual user of OCCUSEARCH Services, you can directly contact OCCUSEARCH to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data. In other cases, an individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct such query to his data controller who may be a customer of OCCUSEARCH Services. If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide OCCUSEARCH Services to our customers. OCCUSEARCH will retain Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement we shall delete, within up to sixty days, all Personal Data provided pursuant to the Agreement. For the removal of doubt, we will not have any obligation to retain such data following the termination of this Agreement. This requirement shall not apply (i) to the extent we are not required by applicable law to which we are subject to retain some or all of the Personal Data, and (ii) to archived data on back-up systems (e.g., in the form of audit logs). In such case the relevant Personal Data shall be securely isolated and protected from any further Processing, except to the extent required by applicable law. We may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

OCCUSEARCH may transfer Personal Information to third party service providers that help us in providing the OCCUSEARCH Services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Privacy Policy Statement regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with you.
