In terms of external stakeholders, the position is responsible for imparting correct information to an initial request regarding a product or a service and connecting the concerned party to the right department. Within the organization, the incumbent is responsible for smooth appointment processes and overlooking the general upkeep of the office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Roles\/Responsibilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Greet everyone who enters the office ensuring a positive interaction that reflects well on the organisation\n    <\/li>\n\n    <li>Register walk-in clients into the organisation\u2019s CRM system and assist them with the process if required to\n        ensure accuracy of the data entered <\/li>\n\n    <li>Direct clients to the appropriate consultant or department in the organisation <\/li>\n\n    <li>Attend incoming calls, provide basic information about Aussizz products and services and ensure accurate\n        internal call transfer when required <\/li>\n\n    <li>Be mindful of security, essentially acting as \u201ceyes and ears\u201d of the facility in terms of reporting any\n        suspicious behaviour and keeping tabs on customers\u2019\/employees\u2019 enter and exit activities <\/li>\n\n    <li>General clerical duties such as sorting mails, signing for packages, filing important documents, updating\n        calendars, scheduling meetings <\/li>\n\n    <li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and\n        brochures) <\/li>\n\n    <li>Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock <\/li>\n\n    <li>Participate in relevant training and development activities as an effective team member <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Behavioural Competencies: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Approachable, energetic and friendly disposition <\/li>\n\n    <li>Phone manner call waiting <\/li>\n\n    <li>Accurate basic knowledge of products, services, departments, address etc <\/li>\n\n    <li>Keep up to date with existing and new employees <\/li>\n\n    <li>Maintaining Call Quality and Compliance at 100% at all times <\/li>\n\n    <li>High calibre work ethic and customer service to be upheld at all times while performing the above tasks <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Graduate in any discipline (essential) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience working in a client centric, fast-paced environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe skills <\/li>\n\n    <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail <\/li>\n\n    <li>Strong customer service skills <\/li>\n\n    <li>Excellent counselling skills including the ability to build rapport and make the client feel heard .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(The Position Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
