Imagine being recently married, but forced to live separately from your partner. For Aviral and Shruti, this was a reality. Aussizz took it in their hands to bridge the gap and unite them once again.
Aviral and Shruti were introduced by parents. Their relationship developed very quickly and before long they had fallen in love. They decided to get married in presence of their families and friends in India on July 07, 2016.
Aviral was an Australian permanent resident and Shruti was in Indian citizen. They decided that Australia would be the place where they would make their home together.
Aviral Shukla was determined to apply for partner visa on his own. However, after meeting the MARA agent he realised that the application looked straightforward at start, but was a complex and long process that can take up to 12 months. He was advised that partner visa application must meet a number of requirements and they had to prove that Aviral and Shruti were in a genuine and continuing relationship.
To reunite the couple, Aussizz lodged visitor visa for Shruti, so that she can commence living with Aviral. Simultaneously, a decision ready application based on a spousal sponsorship was lodged on August 25, 2016 which was approved within 2 months! The partner visa was granted before the visitor visa, and that was a feat.
Aussizz group is very pleased that they played a part in reuniting the newlyweds in Australia.
