The role is accountable for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events such as conferences, expos, and networking sessions. The incumbent is essentially the right hand to the marketing manager with primary duties involving creative, analytical, commercial, and administrative aspects. This role requires an extensive understanding of the migration industry in Australia along with market trends and the competitive landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roles\/responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives based on market research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and data analysis related to the target audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with in-house designers to develop diverse marketing distributions such as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>flyers, brochures, press releases, social media content, etc, keeping in my the Aussizz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>brand<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Involve the key stakeholders of a particular product or service at each stage of a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>campaign and provide feedback to the relevant parties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns across the social media platforms such as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Facebook, Instagram and YouTube among others<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with universities\u2019 clubs and societies to access the target audience at an<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>earlier stage. Coordinate with them in terms of even funding, organizing expos and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>networking sessions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with event coordinators to organize and compile all marketing infrastructure at<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>the venue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the marketing manager to set up long-term marketing goals and plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>seasonal campaigns for the year ahead<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the digital marketing strategist to acquire analytical data for intel on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>campaigns such as SEO key words and market trends<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Behavioural Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all and especially<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent command of the English language and the ability to articulate creative ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>through relatable content<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Technical skills including and not limited to copy writing, editing and social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Should be able to generate a detailed report evaluating what worked or did not work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>after a successful or unsuccessful marketing campaign<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be proactive in regard to updating one\u2019s knowledge base through research and self-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate in the marketing\/communications field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Marketing and communications, brand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>management and digital marketing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adobe skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organised with an ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage client relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time and budget management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Objective: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scaling the Aussizz brand to maximize profits by implementing strategies that promote our products, services, and ideas.
