Our Brazilian client Tash has been recently granted her student visa along with her husband Steve and son Jayson as her dependents. The journey from Brazil to Australia was not an easy one for them.
Steve and Tash were both living in a small town in Brazil called Belém. They have been in relation for past 8 years. They got engaged and started living together since. They were blessed with a beautiful baby boy on 2015.
Steve was an engineer in Brazil. He was sent to Perth, Australia by the Brazilian Government to do a bridging program called Science without Borders at Curtin University in 2015. Once he got here he found out that there are good career opportunities in his field. He wanted Tash and Jayson to join him and settle down as a family while he gain some international work experience post study in Australia.
Steve then applied for Student Dependent visa for Tash and Jayson through a Migration Agency. Despite the fact that Steve and Tash lived together in Brazil and had a baby together the immigration refused their visa application because sufficient evidence of relationship was not provided. Most probably the agent didn’t attach all the documents required properly. The news of not being able to join her husband made Tash very sad. She then applied for tourist visa to come visit Steve along with her son in mid 2016 and it was accepted.
They still wanted to find ways to live in Australia so they researched about migration agents and they found out about Aussizz Group. They emailed us their enquiry and we directed them to our Brazilian Education Consultants team. They then booked for consultation and our education consultants reviewed their situation and studied their case.
Since Steve was here in a government program he was required to go back to Brazil once his course finishes. Therefore, our consultant advised Tash that it is better to apply for her student visa and apply student dependent visa for Steve and Jayson. We helped her get enrolled at Phoenix Academy, which is a very reputed English School, for English course.
It was a very risky case since their visa was already refused before when Steve was the main applicant. That’s why we worked towards making the application as strong as possible. The refusal reason for the visa was lack of evidence so we worked around those reasons while preparing all the documents for the application. We also encouraged them to get married and acquire marriage certificate to solidify their relationship further in Australia.
With our professional advice and expertise their visa was granted in April 2017. Steve and Tash were very happy when we gave them the good news. They almost lost hope of staying in Australia when their visa was initially refused. But with the help of Aussizz Group they are now one step closer to build their future in Australia.
Aussizz Group is determined to help all our clients who are seeking for help. Our experienced migration agents and the education consultation are working around the clock to help make your dream a reality.
