Education Consultant

Descriptions

  • Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's and Colleges, including course change (on-shore) and off-shore.
  • Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students.
  • Content building for marketing posts and participate in other marketing activities when required.
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management - (Attendance, Response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time), Entering data into CRM timely/correctly, Sending timely Reports etc.)
  • Continuously maintain students' prospects in the tracker sheet - number of leads, number of probable prospects, number of confirmed prospects in the Operations Manager's lead or application tracker sheet.
  • Effectively meet targets and maintain the conversion ratio.
  • Maintaining good Customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process.

Junior Consultant (Admin)

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Education Consultants.
  • Organise and follow up offer letters, confirmation of enrolments (CoEs) and other relevant supporting documents from the Representative Education Providers as directed.
  • Complete quality application paperwork and screen documents received from international students for document quality, authenticity and genuineness.
  • Provide administrative support to both Education Agent Partners and Representative Education Providers on behalf of the Counselling team.
  • Process admission applications including GTE assessment before sending for issuance of Letters of Offer.
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management - (Attendance, Response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time), Entering data into CRM timely/correctly, Sending timely Reports etc.).
  • Respond to queries from students regarding admissions process, course structures, entry requirements, student application status and any other admissions related queries.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as partnered education agencies, and OSHC providers.
  • Assist in notifying students appropriately in relation to course orientation.

 

Visa Consultant

  • High quality visa file preparation and lodgement while maintaining quality customer service
  • Screen documents received from international students for visa purposes.
  • Screen and write GTE documents on behalf of students or help students.
  • Use appropriate visa checklist as per the case. Continuously modify checklist to fall in line with regulatory changes made by Department of Home affairs.
  • Maintain accurate student records in the Immi account electronic visa filing system.
  • Maintain continuous and seamless communication with visa applicants on student visa file requirements, case officer requirements, visa grants, visa rejections, further advice on post visa rejection scenarios.
  • Maintaining Inquiry notes, file notes, 956 forms, Client agreement, Task list, follow ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management - (Attendance, Response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time), Entering data into CRM timely/correctly, Sending timely Reports etc.).
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as partnered education agencies, and OSHC providers as in when required.
  • Content building for marketing posts and participate in other marketing activities when required as well as active participation on social media platforms.

Education - Team leader

  • Provide directions, guidance, instruction to a team of Education consultants, visa consultants and junior consultants in line with the recommendations/process set by the Operations Manager managing the Education services at Aussizz.
  • Assist Operations Managers in managing the flow of day - day operations.
  • Provide Induction training and CRM training for every new staff joining the team under consulting or admin role.
  • Assist Operations manager in Communicating clear instructions of admissions or visa procedures, Education Partner courses, Education representative updates to the team members.
  • Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's and Colleges, including course change (on-shore) and off-shore.

  • Coordinate with junior consultant, team leaders, operations Managers to execute the processes and sales pipelines seamlessly.
  • Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's, Task list, follow ups in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management - (Attendance, Response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time), Entering data into CRM timely/correctly, Sending timely Reports etc.).
  • Continuously maintain students' prospects in the tracker sheet - number of leads, number of probable prospects, number of confirmed prospects in the Operations Manager's lead or application tracker sheet.
  • Effectively meet targets and maintain the conversion ratio.
  • Maintaining good Customer service, appraisal and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process.
