We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Migration Admins across our Sydney branches. We are recruiting for a job that will allow the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a cohesive team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a successful migration business.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Assist Registered Migration Agents with enquiries, collection of documents, drafting, data checking, preparation of visa applications
  • Prepare Skills Assessments, Sponsorship, Nomination and Visa applications;
  • Carry out legal research using available sources when required
  • General clerical duties, such as collecting, scanning and electronic filing of documents
  • Ensuring client spreadsheets and information/records are kept up-to-date and accurate by maintaining client folder as per compliance standards
  • Meet and greet clients, as required.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone, email and in-person, assist with their enquiries and provide updates on their applications
  • Screen phone calls, book enquiries and appointments for existing and new clients
  • Liaise with external organisations/stakeholders as and when required
  • Draft and manage emails
  • Assist the Registered Migration Agent with follow-ups of action items
  • Marketing support – tag clients, maintain client lists, bulk mailouts.
  • Reception duties as and when required
  • Effectively coordinate and manage the day to day work
  • Attend any training sessions provided by the RMA or the organisation, to brush up on job-skills
  • Acknowledge internal communication in a timely manner

  • Counsel international students effectively to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO’s, and Colleges, keeping in mind their GTE requirements
  • Counselling onshore and offshore international students on taking up a new course or course change
  • Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students
  • Create and maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM system
  • Use strong research skills to keep up to date with industry information relating to student visas, new courses and university updates, international education industry regulations etc.

Position Objective:  

The front desk coordinator is the first line of contact for all clients whether virtually or in person. In terms of external stakeholders, the position is responsible for imparting correct information to an initial request regarding a product or a service and connecting the concerned party to the right department. Within the organization, the incumbent is responsible for smooth appointment processes and overlooking the general upkeep of the office. 

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Greet everyone who enters the office ensuring a positive interaction that reflects well on the organisation
  • Register walk-in clients into the organisation’s CRM system and assist them with the process if required to ensure accuracy of the data entered
  • Direct clients to the appropriate consultant or department in the organisation
  • Attend incoming calls, provide basic information about Aussizz products and services and ensure accurate internal call transfer when required
  • Be mindful of security, essentially acting as “eyes and ears” of the facility in terms of reporting any suspicious behaviour and keeping tabs on customers’/employees’ enter and exit activities
  • General clerical duties such as sorting mails, signing for packages, filing important documents, updating calendars, scheduling meetings
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Participate in relevant training and development activities as an effective team member
