Position Objective:  

The front desk coordinator is the first line of contact for all clients whether virtually or in person. In terms of external stakeholders, the position is responsible for imparting correct information to an initial request regarding a product or a service and connecting the concerned party to the right department. Within the organization, the incumbent is responsible for smooth appointment processes and overlooking the general upkeep of the office. 

Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Greet everyone who enters the office ensuring a positive interaction that reflects well on the organisation 

• Register walk-in clients into the organisation’s CRM system and assist them with the process if required to ensure accuracy of

the data entered 

• Direct clients to the appropriate consultant or department in the organisation 

• Attend incoming calls, provide basic information about Aussizz products and services and ensure accurate internal call transfer

when required 

• Be mindful of security, essentially acting as “eyes and ears” of the facility in terms of reporting any suspicious behaviour and keeping

tabs on customers’/employees’ enter and exit activities 

• General clerical duties such as sorting mails, signing for packages, filing important documents, updating calendars, scheduling meetings 

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) 

• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock 

• Participate in relevant training and development activities as an effective team member

• Graduate in any discipline (essential) 

Experience:  

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a client centric, fast-paced environment

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe skills 

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Excellent counselling skills including the ability to build rapport and make the client feel heard .

Position Objective:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scaling the Aussizz brand to maximize profits by implementing strategies that promote our products, services, and ideas. The role is accountable for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events such as conferences, expos, and networking sessions. The incumbent is essentially the right hand to the marketing manager with primary duties involving creative, analytical, commercial, and administrative aspects. This role requires an extensive understanding of the migration industry in Australia along with market trends and the competitive landscape.

Roles/responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives based on market research

and data analysis related to the target audience

  • Liaise with in-house designers to develop diverse marketing distributions such as

flyers, brochures, press releases, social media content, etc, keeping in my the Aussizz

brand

  • Involve the key stakeholders of a particular product or service at each stage of a

campaign and provide feedback to the relevant parties

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports on

Performance

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across the social media platforms such as

Facebook, Instagram and YouTube among others

  • Partner with universities’ clubs and societies to access the target audience at an

earlier stage. Coordinate with them in terms of even funding, organizing expos and

networking sessions

  • Liaise with event coordinators to organize and compile all marketing infrastructure at

the venue

  • Coordinate with the marketing manager to set up long-term marketing goals and plan

seasonal campaigns for the year ahead

  • Work closely with the digital marketing strategist to acquire analytical data for intel on

campaigns such as SEO key words and market trends

Key Behavioural Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all and especially

external stakeholders

  • Excellent command of the English language and the ability to articulate creative ideas

through relatable content

  • Technical skills including and not limited to copy writing, editing and social media

management

  • Should be able to generate a detailed report evaluating what worked or did not work

after a successful or unsuccessful marketing campaign

  • Be proactive in regard to updating one’s knowledge base through research and self-

learning

Skills & experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in the marketing/communications field
